CMC Engineering and Management Ltd. currently employs dynamic, dedicated and experienced professionals in all disciplines. These people operate in efficient, solutions-oriented teams serving the agri-industrial, biomass, gangways and food industries.

All CMC’s principals and key personnel have considerable experience as individuals in their own fields of expertise. They have also augmented and further refined their experience by working on teams in some of the most innovative projects the Canadian material handling sector has seen in the last 23 years.

Lucio B. Sacchetti

Mr. Sacchetti is responsible for the creation and management of the unique, highly-qualified and multi-disciplinary CMC Engineering Group team.

He brings forty-two years of experience in all phases of integrated plant development, design and implementation: planning, design, construction, and commissioning and project management. His particular strengths are in maximizing the efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness of material handling, storage, processing and dispatch of food grains and other granular products.

Mr. Sacchetti has held diverse senior management positions in the engineering consulting sector, and has supervised and directed many comprehensive and complex projects, from conceptual planning through to plant commissioning and start up.

Michel Vander Noot

As one of the founding members of CMC, Mr.Vander Noot offers close to forty years of experience in the design and construction of industrial facilities and machinery.

His experience covers all phases of project work from feasibility studies through detailed design, project management, construction and plant commissioning. He is also responsible for all of the company’s electrical work and is the principal in charge of projects involving cruise ship gangways.
